Experience the Value
Character Education
Pathways Programs are designed to help students discover themselves and their passions while learning the value of compassion, gratitude, hard work, and giving back.
STEAM Learning
Several Pathways Programs delve into STEAM concepts like environmental sciences and cultural immersion. These experiences help students understand the world around them and gain insight into their relationship with physical and non-physical constructs.
Leadership
Many Pathways Programs ask students to challenge themselves and go outside their comfort zones, developing a deep sense of confidence and a personal leadership style.
Teamwork
Pathways incorporates team-building and teamwork exercises into all of its programs, teaching students about the value of collaboration and trust. Students leave their experiences more open, confident, and communicative.
Responsibility
Pathways’ guides and chaperones are committed to helping students honor their opportunity by keeping trips safe and fun for all. Students come away with feelings of increased pride and maturity. Doing good always feels good – a poignant and invaluable lesson for Pathways’ participants.
Motivation
Students emerge from Pathways Program experiences inspired to be agents of change in their own communities. They also discover their own passion for learning, motivation to complete high school and go on to achieve their dreams.
